It’s annual review time at
work. This is pretty much a waste of time because most people put more thought
into what they’ll have for dinner than the content of annual reviews. It’s like
going to the dentist – the great goal is to get it over with, with a minimum of
pain.
It’s also a waste of time because
once the review is over the written document is quickly hidden away like
soiled underwear.
