Saving Others

If you are going to save others then you can’t save yourself. If you are saved in the process be saved with thanksgiving and be assured that you had nothing to do with it.

About Me

Bob - Mind on Fire: I was introduced to Jesus in 1966 by a coworker and as I look back over the years I can say, “God is merciful and faithful.” During my first year as a Christian, I read (and continue to read) Andrew Murray, Dietrich Bonhoeffer, Oswald Chambers, C. S. Lewis, Watchman Nee, and A. W. Tozer. When I read Bonhoeffer’s, “When Christ calls a man, He bids him come and die,” I believed it; I believed it then and I believe it now. When I first read Mark 8:34 – 38 I believed it; I believed it then and I believe it now. My first career was in commercial property management, where I served as a CFO and a COO. I have also pastored in MA and VA and served in marketplace ministries as well as with the Mockler Center for Faith and Ethics at Gordon – Conwell Theological Seminary. For a number of years I had a pro bono ministry to pastors in transition. My wife (Vickie) and I live in Little River, SC. We miss our puppies who are now in Narnia.
