At lunch this past Wednesday my friend George Bowers said, "I've stopped praying that we'll have godly leaders. Now I'm praying that there will be people who want godly leaders."

- I have worked in the real estate development/property management field, pastored churches in MA and VA,and have served with marketplace ministries in Boston MA, Richmond VA, and at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Over the years I have coached pastoral candidates on the church-search process and have authored a book, booklets, and articles on the pastoral search process.
